Barb, you're so cute. Don't know what you're doing hanging out in biker bars lately, though?! Jk. The rustic cabins are adorable, the view is awesome, and I love that we have learned to ask to altar foods...to veganize the world. That was the first big step for me to feel comfortable in my own vegan shoes: learning to ask for substitutes and alterations at restaurants..life is so much easier when you grow out of the too shy to ask phase! Yay for vegan food and all those hot moto-men. Yum and yum! JK!

It's very cool that even in a little biker bar you can find vegan food. It's funny, I was talking about going to Staunton with some people at work and one of the ladies said she was going this weekend and would be eating at 'some cool little biker bar'. I immediately blurted out "It's Bucksnort! My friend was just there and was able to eat vegan food!" I don't know if that impressed anyone but it just goes to show that the place is fairly well known and will become even more busy thanks the the new park. Maybe that will result in better food and facilities.

This is so awesome, and perfectly timed! I just opened up a brand new bag of vegan mozz, only to use a tiny sprinkle. Plus, there's been a jar of kimchi sitting around in the fridge for way too long now... Perfect solution to using both up, and deliciously at that!

Ha, I thought Robert and I were the only anti-social hikers out there :) I can honestly say we would never have thought to help that family with their kids and accessories. That to me is just one of those live-and-learn lessons and yet another reason I'm glad I don't have kids. Good thing you and Jamie were there instead of us!
